How do I apply?
You can apply on our website at www.woodlandrun.com, or you can contact the Leasing Office and we can send an application directly to your email.
Can I have a cosigner?
Yes, you can, but our cosigners are considered “leaseholders.”
How long is my lease term?
You can sign a lease for 7 to 12 months.
What deposits are required?
A security deposit will be required of $300 with approved income and credit.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st through the 3rd with no penalty. Late fees apply on the 4th.
How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent through the resident portal with a debit card, credit card or use your routing number/checking account number.
What utilities am I responsible for?
All, but to your portal, you will pay the water/sewer, trash and pest control which is in addition to the rent.
Where can I find a copy of my lease?
If you upload the “full version” to your portal, you will find your lease on there in the tab marked “Documents.”
Do the apartments have a washer/dryer?
All units are equipped with washer/dryer hookups only.
How do I add or remove a roommate?
All leaseholders must sign and submit a roommate release/roommate addition form making those changes.
Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
Parking is first come first serve and there is one space per leaseholder.
Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed?
You can submit a service request through the resident portal under the “Maintenance” tab, or you can call the Leasing Office to make the request.
Is the community pet friendly?
What is the pet policy?
We have a two-pet limit. If the pet is 29lbs and under, there is a$300 non-refundable pet fee. If the pet is 30lbs and over, there is a $400 non-refundable pet fee. There is $15 pet rent per pet. The combined maximum weight can be up to 110lbs.

Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?
Yes, if the total of the financial aid meets the income requirements of three times the amount of the monthly rent.
